How to Place an Order with Fuente Life

Fuente Life accepts orders made online at www.fuentelife.com or by phone by calling 832-208-7090 or

832-490-0122. Please read below for detailed information about each of these ordering methods.

Online Orders

When placing an order online, please be aware of the following:

• Be sure to provide accurate address and payment information. This includes proper billing and shipping addresses. Failure to provide correct information may lead to delays or cancellations.
• Please double-check all orders before submitting them. Fuente Life will ship orders as they are received and expect that customers have ordered the proper product and quantities. Corrections may be made to orders only if Fuente Life is immediately notified of order errors prior to processing and shipping. Do not place duplicate orders, as this will complicate any corrective action needed. Please contact Fuente Life immediately if errors have occurred with your order.
• Fuente Life must have a valid means for contacting customers and requires either a phone number or email address for all orders. If an email address is provided, it should be assumed that we may use it for communication pertaining to the order. Failure to provide correct contact information may result in delay or cancellation of an order if we cannot reach you in a timely manner.
• Fuente Life will process orders as quickly as possible, but we do not guarantee that orders will be shipped the day they are received. If you have an order requiring expedited shipping, please place your order by phone at 832-208-7090, and our customer service team will provide further details about your shipping options.

When preparing to place an order by phone:

• Have shipping name and address on hand—be sure to include any suite or apartment numbers that correspond with the shipping location. Failure to provide accurate shipping information may lead to loss or delay of delivery.
• For payments made with credit/debit cards, we will also require the billing address at which you receive your bank statements. Please have this information available when you call.
• Fuente Life must have a valid means for contacting customers and requires either a phone number or email address for all orders. Payment Methods

• Fuente Life accepts payments made via credit/debit cards bearing the Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express logos. Payments can be made by card both through our secure online order system and by phone at 832-208-7090.
• All other orders must be paid for in advance. Fuente Life cannot reserve merchandise for customers in expectation of payment. Sorry, no CODs.

Shipping

• Fuente Life will ship your order for Free on all US orders. For international orders there will be a flat shipping rate of $49.95 per order.

• All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail and may take anywhere from 2-5 business days to get to your destination.

Returns Policy

• At Fuente Life we take great pride in our product. Because it is our goal to ship out your products as soon as possible, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been shipped out. All Sales are Final.

Recurring Billing Terms of Service

• Approximately 30 days after your first order is shipped, and then about every 30 days thereafter, you will be billed for and shipped a new order of Bioenergetica Life.
•  For your convenience, the card you provide today will be billed monthly for your Bioenergetica Life delivery unless you call to cancel 48 hours before your monthly charge is due.

Important Notice:

• This membership ensures that you’ll receive an order of Bioenergetica Life every thirty days, until you choose to end your membership and stop receiving our product.
• When you enroll in the Bioenergetica Life Monthly Subscription, you acknowledge you will be billed for and receiving your order of Bioenergetica Life every (30) thirty days. The credit card or debit card you used to enroll in this subscription will be billed every (30) thirty days.
• You acknowledge and agree that these services are provided on a membership subscription basis and that you will be charged the monthly membership fee depending on your original date of purchase.
• You expressly authorize Fuente Life to charge your credit card or debit card every (30) thirty days, you disclaim any responsibility or liability for any overdraft charges or fee you may incur from your card issuer or bank for insufficient funds, or any other associated fees related to monthly repeat billing. You acknowledge and agree that we will not obtain additional authorization from you for each monthly membership charge.
